Magnetic Electric Company LLC (MEC) and our joint venture partner Sanbian Sci-Tech Co. LTD, China, whom in partnership with MEC have dedicated our staffs to design and manufacture high quality transformers at facilities in China.

    This partnership places approximately 1000 dedicated personnel at your service, including 17 design engineers, who have been producing high quality transmission and distribution transformers for over 35 years in the electrical power industry. The factory in China has just completed a new compound with several manufacturing segments split into multiple buildings that encompass over 2.5 million square feet, approximately 10 acres under roof. This new facility is a STATE OF THE ART transformer manufacturing plant and includes a test lab with the ability to impulse test up to 1.2 Million volts.

     Our transformers are designed specifically for the North American market. All units meet or exceed the requirements of ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, CSA and IEC standards. We also can build to the customer’s specifications. We offer competitively priced, quality built transformers thru 200 MVA and 240 KV that can be delivered in a timeframe that meets our customer’s needs.
